I use this stage to understand the users, business goals, and context of any project I work on.
Activities: Worked on user research, collaborated with stakeholders through interviews, analysed competitors, and reviewed data as part of the planning phase.
Outcome: Personas, journey maps, problem statements, key insights.
My Design Process
I’m comfortable leading workshops, facilitating user research, mapping journeys, building prototypes, and collaborating closely with developers to bring ideas to life. I believe that great UX is not just about how something looks or works in isolation, but about how it supports the user through their journey solving problems in ways that feel intuitive, inclusive and valuable.
