Brief
Leverage insights from the successful US launch of Airstrait to refine and implement data-driven improvements for a seamless rollout in GB and AMEA.
Highlight: Being able to build on my previous work with a clear, data-driven approach, allowing for strategic refinements and impactful execution.
Execution & Refinement
We tested our proposed enhancements with UserZoom, refining the design by adding a clear gallery, reducing copy for a more visual layout, and improving ‘how-to-use’ content. We built interactive prototypes, iterated based on feedback and introduced film edits for engagement while ensuring feasibility and consistency with developers.
